Qasper's email sync is designed to recognize a single email address in an email. You raise an excellent point, and we'll have a look at the parsing routine we use in Qasper sync.

I reviewed the code with our programmers and we do parse and check for email addresses within a multi-designee list.

Can you please take a screenshot of an example situation where it's not doing that, and send it along to techsupport@qasper.com. Include a screenshot of your Home page, [Email info] tab section showing that the email address is in the "My Email Addresses" dropdown list box as well as a screenshot of Outlook's "From" area on the actual email.
